AB The task carried out tries to make an inquiry about one of the mostbooming commercial contracts currently, due to the development of newtechnologies.The work consists in the analysis of the hosting contract, we will try tomake a breakdown of the most important parts that make up these contracts.We will begin the study by providing some knowledge about the origin andsome concepts of the internet, which will help us to understand the virtualworld a little better.We will continue to give a concept about what hosting is, and then we willmake the distinction of the different characters, classes and contents ofthese contracts. With what has been analyzed so far we will try to describethe legal nature of the contract, an essential fact to know what regulationsregulate it.Finally, we will hold an exhibition on the different elements that make upthese contracts. Concluding subjectively with the most important aspect ofwork.
