AB The entry into force of the new Law of the Legal Regime of the PublicSector 40/2015, brought with it a new regulation of administrativeagreements, which fulfill an important role in contributing to the PublicAdministration fulfilling its purposes. own.The agreements have a certain similarity with other legal figures suchas contracts, grants or management packages, among others. Trying todraw a dividing line between these concepts against the agreementsbecomes especially necessary given the notable difference in theapplication of different procedures, guarantees or principles dependingon which legal business is involved.The purpose of this work is to analyze and comment on the figure ofthe administrative agreement, its role within the Public Administration,as well as other aspects related to it, such as the minimum andessential elements that the agreements must have, their termination, orthe classification of the different types of existing agreements
