So is ordered by the Spanish Constitution of 1978 in its art. 45. In recent times, amongst the natural resources, the quality of the water earns significance. Specifically, when thewastes generated globally end up deposited in the oceans. In order to prevent the water fromgetting polluted, after its use, it is treated and transported by collector systems. What happens isthat a deficient waste collection system could produce an impact of countless consequences on themarine environment and the public health. All of that must be avoided. This project presents thedegree of fulfilment of the standards and requirements stablished by the Communitarian Law and,on the contrary, what is the reason for such non-observance.
