A retrospective Ex Post Factodesign was made by evaluating a sample of 90 workers from different jobs andorganizations. The Organizational Justice scales, Intent to Quit and the JobSatisfaction questionnaire S10/12 were used. The results indicate that both theperception of organizational justice and job satisfaction show negative correlationswith the intention to quit the job. Implications they may have in practice arediscussed.
