AB The Final Degree Proyect has a fundamental objective to analyze the mainmeasures on social security approved after Royal Decree 463/2020, ofMarch 14, which declares the state of alarm in Spain for the managementof the health crisis caused by the Covid-19.Therefore, firstly, we willdelve into the contributory level and non-contributory level ofunemployment before Covid-19; and on the other hand, unemployment asa consequence of the Temporary Employment Regulation File (ERTE)due to force majeure, the subsidy for the Special System of HouseholdEmployees, the subsidy for workers due to the termination of theirtemporary contract, the temporary disability allowance for workers whocarry out essential activities and who cannot go to work for the totalconfinement of the population where they reside, and the care of minorsaffected by cancer or other serious illness, during the Covid-19. Next, westudy the moratorium on contributions and the postponement of debtswith Social Security for self-employed workers and companies. Finally,we analyze the Special Regime for Self-Employed Workers.
