AB Job stress and job satisfaction are two phenomena widely studied in theworkplace. The general objective of this research is to analyze therelationship between job stress and job satisfaction in a sample of sixtyjournalists (men and woman).The results show that there is a relationship between job stress and jobsatisfaction. Specifically, when job stress increases, job satisfactiondecreases.
