AB The Temporary Employment Regulation File, better known as ERTE, isa procedure that was already regulated in the Law, but which has turnedout to be extremely important at the moment due to the health crisis thatwe have experienced, and the state of alarm that that has led us,consisting mainly of the suspension or reduction of working hours of theworkers' contracts. This procedure carries with it many advantages anddisadvantages, both for employers and workers, which will be detailed.What is to be achieved with this measure will be analyzed in the state ofalarm, as well as the types that exist, their procedure to follow andeverything that entails, as well as the measures established in the RoyalDecree-Law published throughout all this situation, also usingjurisprudence due to the conflicts of interpretation of the same that havearisen after being announced.Finally, the role played by the ERTE once the alarm state has ended willalso be studied.
