AB The written documents referring to the Bat emblem do not provide enough details to properly identify its features. In the study of this sacred element, it is convenient to undertake an iconographic analysis of its depictions in order to determine its spheres of influence. This paper focuses on the two spiral-shaped elements that are present in the upper part of this emblem, which displays a possible connection with plants, particularly those of the Cucurbitaceae family.
