AB In this report I will analyse the different legal channels available to youngSpaniards to enter the labour market, as well as the various public programmesimplemented by the Spanish Government during all these years to try to curb youthunemployment. To do this, and first, I will make a brief analysis of the data offeredby the National Institute of Statistics, and I will highlight the fundamental aspectsof labor insertion. Second, I will make a brief route through the training contractsof the Workers' Statute (Contract for Training and Apprenticeship and theTraineeship Contract), and through Dual Vocational Training; Third, I will delveinto the Public Employment Programs (Schools Workshop, Trade school andVolunteering); And finally, I will refer to the difficult situation of incorporation ofthis youth sector into the labor market as a result of COVID-19.
