Among the main differences we find thepresence of Codes in Civil Law systems, which are scarce in Common Lawsystems; A second difference is jurisprudence; and, a third difference, wouldbe the form of resolution of the cases: based on precedents in the CommonLaw systems and based on laws in the Civil Law systems.In this essay, the similarities among the Legal Systems of Germany, Canada,Spain, the United States and Switzerland will be analyzed, from their originsto the differences about their Courts, as well as the organization systemwithin the State as such, differing among the States.
