AB The drug trafficking crime is of concern for most contemporary societies, that iswhy there is abundant legislation, both national and international, aimed at itsprevention and represion. In this work, a legal study has been carried out, from thejurisdictional point of view, about the participation in this crime. From the firstreading of article 368 from the Penal Code, which explains drug trafficking, youcan see, grammatically, how the Legislator has opted for an extensive concept ofauthor that is, it has chosen to reject any intervention in the crime other than thatof the authorship itself. This is when doubts arise as to whether other forms ofintervention can be seen. This is where the question on which this work is basedappears and which is intended to be answered with the study of monographs,manuals and, especially, jurisprudence. Is it possible to appreciate the figure ofcomplicity in the crime of drug trafficking? To find the answer, a specific study ofthe crime is carried out, specifically within the section of participation side pf thestudy
