RT info:eu-repo/semantics/masterThesis T1 Caracterización de la rotación en surveys fotométricos: Preparación para TESS (NASA) y PLATO (ESA) A1 González Otero, Juan A2 Máster Universitario en Astrofísica AB With this project we had two goals. The first one is to get familiarized with asteroseismology techniques to precisely determine masses and radii of stars. The second goal is to studythe surface rotation of numerical simulations of the PLATO mission and of real degradeddata obtained by the Kepler mission to simulate the observation conditions of the TESSand PLATO missions. By analyzing these data, we want to find the limits of the currentmethods used to determine surface rotation from light curves and evaluate the reliability andcompleteness of the results.
