AB The main objective of this end-of-degree project is to study teleworkand work time control, analyzing different relevant aspects of bothconcepts, in order to obtain a general idea about different importantaspects that appear throughout the work. This subject of the finaldegree project has been chosen because it is a current topic, havingquite a transcendence and producing several changes in the world ofwork as a result of the pandemic that we currently suffer from theCOVID-19 disease. The purpose of this work is to study the control ofworking time as an advantage of teleworking, working hours andteleworking, including the registration of hours. Digital disconnectionin teleworking will be studied and reference will also be made to thecontrol of working time in teleworking. All the aforementioned will bedone by analyzing different authors, sources and legislation to get anidea of each section in a generic way, but with the appropriateinformation and methods.
