AB In an area of special protection such as the Canary Islands, soil regulation becomesan essential element for the development of the Archipelago. Based on the specificsectoral legislation on roads and through the Law of Land and Natural Spaces of theCanary Islands, we can carry out a study on the legal regime of these roads, theirintegration, planning and development through management plans and therelationship that they have to arrange between them.Under the principles of efficiency, sustainable development, soil saving andcooperation, Public Administrations have to meet the demand for mobility of themobile fleet of the Islands, through road infrastructures, considered of generalinterest. The plans that draw up the itineraries will need to be adapted as aprerequisite for execution, where it will even be possible to initiate the procedure foraltering the appropriate urban planning.
