AB Stalking is a crime that has only recently been incorporated into ourcriminal Code, which is why the aim of this paper is to analyse themost important aspects that characterise the type. To do so, we havemade some brief comments on comparative law, as well as acomparative analysis with other types of harassment, highlighting themajor differences and similarities between the types. Special mentionwas made of so-called street sexual harassment, through which wewanted to propose a lege ferenda classification. Finally, we havereviewed the four types of commission of the type and the problemssurrounding the result.
