AB This TFG focuses on the study of one of the main methods ororganizational systems that are present today, such as, in this case,teleworking.As society has evolved, more and more people are joining teleworkinggiven the convenience it presents, such as working from home or even theso-called third space, in which the worker can carry out their work fromany place that is effective for it.All this has been thanks to the advancement of new technologies and theuse of ICTs that make it possible to carry out teleworking.Throughout the work, we will focus on the development of everything thattelework entails, both in its positive and negative aspects, taking intoaccount its evolution over the years and how this system affects the entireSpanish population.We will also see the applicable regulations for its regularization, and finally,we will mention teleworking after COVID-19 since it is the situation facingthe entire Spanish population.
