AB The international concern for the protection of children's rights implies,on the one hand, entering fully into the chronological study of the legalphases which have constructed the current system of internationalhumanitarian protection, in order to protect children in a state of risk derivedfrom an armed conflict, whether international or internal; On the other hand,the mechanisms offered by the Geneva Conventions and their respectiveProtocols, as well as those provided by the United Nations, together with theexisting international conventions and resolutions in this field, will be studiedin depth, until the relatively new International Criminal Court providesinternational criminal protection with special emphasis.
