AB Telework is a new way of providing work, which has recently acquired special prominence. Thisform of employment contract has given rise to a number of psychosocial risks which are causingdamage to the physical, psychological and emotional health of working people. As a result ofteleworking, people who work in this way are having difficulty reconciling their professional lifewith their private life and family responsibilities, they are suffering from mental health disorders(anxiety, depression, chronic stress, etc.), having their fundamental rights exposed to the attitudethat companies take to it, even developing addictions (either by work, or by other substances as aresult of work stress). All this has a gender bias, while women are particularly vulnerable to thesepsychosocial risks.
