AB Due to pandemic caused by COVID-19, with a shocking scope and scale, theconception of what we conceived like daily has taken a turn in every way, the legalaspect is not eluded.Recently, the Constitutional Court has declarared the unconstitutionality of somerules contained in the Royal Decree that proclaimed the state of alert, that hascarried on with importat consecuences. Sactions which has been imposed withfundament on this legal text will be addressed on this Final Project. This sanctionshas been declared null, causing such many questions, some of them are solved, butothers are waiting for the solution.So, administrative aspects that are related to this subject will be analyzed, also theconsecuences of de state of alert and a way of searching for patrominialresponsibility.
