A1 Rivero Delgado, Eusebio Alesandro A2 Grado En Relaciones Laborales K1 Derechos fundamentales K1 Manifestación K1 Derecho de reunión K1 covid-19 AB This paper covers a particular analysis of one of the fundamental rights ofthe Spanish Constitution, the right of assembly. A right that was born in theMiddle Ages, being driven by the influence of the iusnaturalist doctrinefrom the French revolution at the end of the eighteenth century and thatnevertheless here in Spain took longer to be recognized as a fullfundamental right, going from its regulation with a basic law of meetingswith the Constitution of 1876 to its practical censorship with the Francodictatorship. Once the right of assembly was consolidated in the currentConstitution of 1978, in addition to having its own regulatory law in 1983,we analyzed in this TFG its limits, guarantees, requirements orresponsibilities, focusing specifically on the manifestation and how theCovid-19 pandemic that we are currently experiencing has affected andmodified the exercise of this right by citizens. A condition that the Spanishcourts have had to address by establishing a wide jurisprudence thatnevertheless leaves controversy in their judgments.
