AB This Final Degree Project will deal with sexual harassment in the workplace. In this study we willanalyse the articles that define and protect workers against this crime, observing its changes andimprovements, focusing on the active and passive subjects, making visible the great role of women inthis crime and how it is not only women who suffer it but also the opposite sex. We will observe howthe law lends a wide range of thought to the aggravations and conducts of the crime, as they are notdetermined, and it is the judges who end up determining in their judgment, in order to demonstratethe objective of this study which tries to find out, once this crime is known and interpreted, why thevictims do not report their harassers within the company. Could it be this wide diversity of opinionsthat leaves the workers with fear and uncertainty when it comes to reporting this crime?
