AB This Final Degree project focuses on the study of the legal treatment givento people with disabilities, through the analysis of the historical evolutionfrom the original draft to the modification of the legal system, and morespecifically of the Civil Code and the Law of the Voluntary Jurisdictionoperated by Law 8/2021, of June 2, which reforms the civil and procedurallaw to support people with disabilities in the exercise of their legal capacity.In application of the theoretical framework, if it proposes the creation of abase of forms in order to be applied at the notary office regarding the defacto custody and, more specifically, of a notarial deed that attests to the defacto custody.
