In this context, the model based on competencies has required different approaches in Physical Education; the teacher must understand the competencies and develop them in his usual performance. However, research findings have demonstrated that this curricular element seems unknown in schools and dominates the lack of training. Consequently, this paper aims to be an educational tool for teaching Physical Education.
