Retos y novedades del teletrabajo en España.

Abstract

El principal objetivo de este estudio es realizar una aproximación teórica al concepto del teletrabajo y darle al lector una perspectiva global sobre este, analizando los estudios más relevantes para que se alcance una idea general sobre los aspectos más importantes del mismo. El propósito de este trabajo es analizar el ámbito del teletrabajo para identificar, las ventajas y desventajas desde varios puntos de vista (empresarial / persona trabajadora/ sociedad), además de acercar una pequeña imagen de la situación normativa de este fenómeno a nivel internacional, europeo y nacional. Se estudiará la importancia que tiene el teletrabajo para las organizaciones y se expondrá la relevancia en cuanto a los riegos laborales y sus diferencias en el ámbito laboral presencial, se hará alusión a las obligaciones empresariales respecto de la prevención de riesgos laborales, así como al riesgo asociado y más concretamente como se ha visto afectado y expuesto en la crisis sanitaria Covid-19.

The main goal of this investigation is to carry out a theoretical approach to the concept of telework, with the most relevant studies and analysing it, for giving a global perspective to readers. Try to get a general idea about the most important aspects for teleworking once you have read it. The purpose of this work is to explore the research to identify the background work, the advantages and disadvantages of telework from different perspectives (business perspective / worker perspective/ society). In addition, to bringing a small image of the normative about the situation of this phenomenon, the importance of teleworking for organizations will be studied and the relevance, in terms of labour risks, and their differences in face-to-face work will be present, allusion will be made to business obligations regarding the prevention of occupational risks as well as the associated risk and more specifically how it has been affected and displayed in the Covid-19 health crisis.
