En nuestro ordenamiento existen una serie de derechos considerados como
fundamentales. Este trabajo tiene por objeto, precisamente, el estudio de uno de ellos: el
derecho constitucional de huelga, al considerarlo parte importante del Derecho del
Trabajo, y por tanto, de los Recursos Humanos. Asimismo, y directamente relacionado,
estudiaremos también qué se entiende por servicio esencial para la comunidad en el
ordenamiento jurídico español
In our system there are a number of specific rights as fundamental. The purpose of this
work is specifically to study one of them: the constitutional right to strike, considering it
an important part of Labor Law, and therefore of Human Resources. Likewise, and
directly related, we will also study what is understood by essential service for the
community in the Spanish legal system.
