Planificación y evaluación de la docencia: ¿Es la motivación un factor afectivo imprescindible a la hora de diseñar y evaluar la docencia?

Abstract

A pesar de los avances en educación, seguimos encontrando alumnos en el aula que no sienten motivación por sus estudios, acuden a las clases por obligación y no sienten interés por los contenidos que se imparten. La motivación es la principal clave que nos mueve a hacer las cosas, que permite que sintamos interés y queramos aprender. Por este motivo hemos decidido realizar un estudio en el que pondremos a prueba los contenidos seleccionados para impartir en el curso de 4 ESO. Para ello diseñaremos una unidad didáctica y desarrollaremos actividades de diferente tipo, algunas más centradas en la gramática, es decir, más tradicionales, y otras más amenas y divertidas, enfocadas en que los alumnos se den cuenta de que pueden aprender a la vez que se divierten.

Even though we have made great progress in education, we can still find students who do not feel interested or motivated towards their education. Motivation is the key that drives us and gives us the strength to keep on trying, to keep on studying. It makes us feel interested in what we are learning. Therefore, we have decided to make an investigation in which we are going to test the contents selected for Secondary education, especially in 4 ESO. In order to test those contents we are going to design a didactic unit in which we will include different types of tasks. We will design more traditional tasks, which will be focused on grammar, we will also include more enjoyable, and pleasing activities, focused on making students realize that they can learn as they play.
