Rememorando a las mujeres desde la teoría sobre organizaciones escolares

Abstract

El estudio de los centros escolares ha estado influenciado directamente por la teoría sobre las organizaciones. Ambos campos han obviado durante mucho tiempo el relevante papel que juegan las mujeres en el desarrollo y funcionamiento de las organizaciones en general y de las escuelas en particular. Es propósito de este artículo superar esta laguna, intentando ofrecer una visión panorámica de una corriente teórica reciente: la sexualidad de la organización. Esta nueva perspectiva tiene, sin duda alguna, implicaciones directas para el estudio de la escuela como institución en la que están presentes una clara división sexual del trabajo y una verificable estereotipificación de los roles asumidos por hombres y mujeres. A continuación, después de realizar una revisión de las perspectivas teóricas sobre organización escolar y ubicándome en la conceptualización crítica, intentaré inferir las premisas y supuestos que justificarían los análisis y estudios sobre el papel de las mujeres en las organizaciones escolares como un nuevo campo sobre el que aún queda mucho por decir.

The study of the schools has been influenced directly by the theory on the organizations. Both fields have avoided during long time the excellent paper that play the women in the development and performance of the organizations in general and the schools in special. It is intention of this article to surpass this lagoon, being tried to offer a panoramic vision of a recent theoretical current: the sexuality of organization. This new perspective has, without a doubt some, direct implications for the study of the school like institution in which a clear sexual division of the work and a verifiable stereotyped of the roles assumed by men and women are present. Next, after making a revision of the theoretical perspective on scholastic organization and locating to me in the critical conceptualization, I will try to infer the supposed and premises that would justify the analyses and studies on the rol of the women in the scholastic organizations like a new field on which still it is left much to say.
