La escuela actual no es intercultural.

Abstract

The aim of this Project is to analyze the great cultural variety that the spanish classrooms have today. The teaching work in this case, has a duty to respond to the continuous demands of an increasingly complex society, where it is necessary to apply and facilitate a positive encounter between the different cultures. Each teacher within the different multicultural educational interventions, shoul start from a general knowledge of terms such as multiculturality or interculturality and give the best response that allows accepting and understanding the different cultures present in the country and therefore in the school. Respect between cultures should be fostered and continuous encounters should be facilitated, allowing for moments of cultural exchanges.

Este Trabajo de Fin de Grado ha tenido como objetivo analizar la gran variedad cultural que cuentan las aulas españolas en la actualidad. La labor docente en este caso, tiene como deber responder a las continuas demandas de una sociedad cada vez más compleja, donde es necesario aplicar y facilitar un encuentro positivo entre las diferentes culturas. Cada docente dentro de las diferentes intervenciones educativas pluriculturales, debe partir, de un conocimiento general de términos como multiculturalidad o interculturalidad y dar la mejor respuesta que permita aceptar y entender las diferentes culturas presentes en el país y por ende en la escuela. Se debe fomentar un respeto entre culturas y facilitar continuos encuentros que permitan momentos de intercambios culturales.
