Diseño del sistema de frenado de un vehículo FSAE.

Abstract

This Project is based in the design, dimensioning and election of the necessary parts to elaborate the braking system of a single seater vehicle type Formula Student, the one designed by FSULL team specifically. The operation of the elements that make up the braking system of a normal road vehicle will be exposed, performing an study on the braking dynamics in a four wheel vehicle, dimensioning the braking system of a Formula Student vehicle. Done the dimensioning of the braking system, the elements that makes part of the system that adapts better to the objective vehicle will be chosen, complying with the rules and regulations of the competition and the FSULL organization criteria. This Project also includes the dimensioning and design of the pedalbox of the vehicle.

Este proyecto se basa en el diseño, dimensionado y elección de los elementos necesarios para la elaboración del sistema de frenado de un vehículo monoplaza tipo Formula Student, en concreto el diseñado por el equipo FSULL. Se expondrá el funcionamiento de los elementos que componen el sistema de frenada realizándose un estudio de la dinámica de la frenada sobre un vehículo de cuatro ruedas y se dimensionará el sistema de frenado de un vehículo Formula Student. Realizado el dimensionamiento del sistema de frenado, los elementos que forman parte del sistema que mejor se adecuen al vehículo objetivo serán escogidos, cumpliendo con la normativa de la competición Formula Student y los criterios de la organización FSULL. Este proyecto incluye el diseño y dimensionamiento de la pedalera del vehículo.
