Crónica de las reformas constitucionales e institucionales itlianas (enero de 2000-diciembre de 2001)

Abstract

Breve descripción crítica de las reformas constitucionales italianas del período. La crónica —que continúa otra de los Anales de 1999 que comprendía hasta diciembre de 1999— por razones editoriales tiene que ser breve, lo que es lamentable, pues en el período comprendido ahora se han aprobado hasta 5 Leyes Constitucionales que, si no revisan toda la Constitución italiana, entre otras cosas, reconstruyen en su totalidad el Estado Regional de Italia. Por otro lado, el trabajo permitirá dar cuenta de los diversos referendos constitucionales y de las leyes institucionales y sus resultados, que se han producido entre 2000 y 2001.

A brief and critic description of the Italian Constitutional reforms during the indicated period. The current Report follows a previous one published in the last number of this review (Anales 1999). Due to editorial demands the Report must be as brief as possible, this is certainly a shame, particularly in the studied period, since 5 Constitutional Laws have been approved which, among other repercussions, rebuilt totally the Italian Regional configuration. On the other hand, this article will give note of many laws that were passed during the period and their result, as well as of the constitutional referendums that took place during the 2000 and 2001.
