¿Se encuentra el profesorado preparado para atender a los/as niños/as con NEAE en el aula de infantil?

Abstract

El profesorado tiene unas competencias profesionales que debe cumplir y una de ellas es el conocer y saber actuar en el aula con alumnado con Necesidades Específicas de Apoyo Educativo (NEAE) en las circunstancias oportunas. Por ello la presente investigación tiene como objetivo estudiar la forma en la que los docentes imparten sus clases, donde tienen que incluir a los alumnos y alumnas con NEAE y de esta forma daremos respuesta a nuestra pregunta. El estudio consistió en realizar una encuesta a 40 docentes y una entrevista a otros 2 docentes, todos de Educación Infantil y de diferentes centros de la isla de Tenerife. Los objetivos de la investigación se dividen en dimensiones que pretenden conocer el grado de conocimiento que tienen los docentes sobre este tema, cómo es la didáctica de sus clases, organización, etc. Tras hacer el vaciado de información hemos obtenido una variedad de resultados con los que hemos conseguido observar positivamente que el profesorado sabe la importancia de esta cuestión sobre el alumnado con NEAE en un aula de infantil y que es un aspecto importante la atención a la diversidad en las aulas

: The teachers have professional skills that they must meet and one of them is to know and know how to act in the classroom with students with Specific Educational Support Needs (SESN) in the appropriate circumstances. That’s why this research aims to study how teachers teach their classes, where they have to include students with SESN and in this way we will answer our question. The study consisted of conducting a survey of 40 teachers and an interview with 2 other teachers, all of Children's Education and different centers of the island of Tenerife. The objectives of the research are divided into dimensions that aim to know the degree of knowledge that teachers have on this subject, what the didactics of their classes, organization, etc. After emptying information we have obtained a variety of results with which we have managed to note positively that teachers know the importance of this issue on students with SESN in a children's classroom and that attention to diversity in the classroom is an important aspect.
