Since women entered the world of work, they have had to make their own way, overcoming numerous difficulties to achieve their goals, but there is still a problem that many women still face today: the lack of balance between their work, their family and even their personal life, which ends up causing emotional chaos in these mothers committed to their work. For this reason, the aim of this Final Degree Project (TFG) was to study the situation of 12 women from the Más Familia association in terms of their work-life balance and how it influences their emotional development. To do this, a theoretical contextualisation was carried out to find out aspects such as: the role of women today; what this reconciliation means for them, despite the fact that it is regulated; the types of family that currently exist; and finally, how they can manage the emotions that the lack of reconciliation generates in them. In order to achieve the established objectives, a mixed methodology was used with the mothers of the organisation in order to carry out the research in an efficient and effective manner.en
