Over time, the way of life of our society has been
changing, giving way to an era in which sustainable
development and care for the environment play a leading
role. Every day there is more commitment to renewable
energy and consumer technologies that are more respectful
of the environment. In addition, the pace of life and the
characteristics of our society have led us to depend on
devices and tools that facilitate our daily tasks.
Our country is one of the countries with the highest
vehicle-to-person ratio in the world. Due to these
circumstances, the need to make a change can be seen, and
little by little the electric vehicle is having a greater
presence in the market, covering this need without having
to depend on fossil fuels.
This project has been developed around the same
idea. Cover a need such as powering electric vehicles at a
particular level, such as alleviating this consumption by
providing the system with a photovoltaic power plant.
The building for which we have developed the
project is located in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, in which a
photovoltaic generator with a power of 33kW will be
installed. The photovoltaic installation consists of 60
panels of 550 watts each, which will be located on the nonpassable roof of the building. This installation is proposed
to reduce consumption in common areas as well as power
charging points for electric vehicles in the garage of the
building.
In addition, 3 charging points located in 3
community parking spaces, located on the first floor of the
garage, have been planned as a solution for users who
currently have electric vehicles or in the near future.
This project is a positive bet that can generate a good
impact among the users of the building, providing
solutions to possible needs that they may in the near future.
