Proyecto de intervención educativa digital en la preparación a la maternidad y paternidad dirigido al adolescente

Introducción. El embarazo en la adolescencia supone un cambio drástico en la vida de
los jóvenes. En esta etapa se encuentran inmersos en una fase de desarrollo tanto a nivel físico
como personal y dicho proceso se ve interrumpido por este acontecimiento. Por ello, surge la
necesidad de crear un proyecto de intervención para ayudarles a sobrellevar dicha etapa.
Objetivos. Determinar la efectividad de una Intervención Educativa en Salud dirigida a futuras
madres y padres adolescentes para incrementar los conocimientos sobre hábitos saludables, de
embarazo y crianza. Hipótesis. El trabajo de las enfermeras a través de las intervenciones
educativas mejora los conocimientos de preparación a la maternidad y paternidad, teniendo un
impacto positivo en la vida de estos adolescentes. Metodología. Se trata de un proyecto de
intervención educativa pre y post empleando un estudio aplicativo, con una duración de 17
meses. En ella participarán futuras/os madres y padres adolescentes entre los 12 y 19 años que
residan en la Comunidad Autónoma de Canarias. Se estudiarán las dimensiones:
sociodemográficas, salud y la propia intervención a través de un cuestionario pre y post. Para la
evaluación del mismo, se llevará a cabo una estadística descriptiva a través del programa SPSS
v20. Resultados esperados. Por medio de esta intervención se espera que los jóvenes mejoren
sus hábitos de vida y que alcancen un óptimo desarrollo de la gestación y de la crianza del bebé, a
través de la información transmitida. Y por último, que se realce la figura de la enfermera escolar. Introduction. Teenage pregnancy is a drastic change in the lives of young people. At this
stage they are immersed in a phase of development both physically and personally and this
process is interrupted by this event. Therefore, the need arises to create an intervention project
to help them endure with this stage. Goals. Determine the effectiveness of a Health Educational
Intervention aimed at future mothers and teenage parents to increase knowledge about healthy
habits, pregnancy and parenting. Hypothesis. The work of nurses through educational
interventions improves the knowledge of preparation for motherhood and fatherhood, having a
positive impact on the lives of these adolescents. Methodology It is a pre and post intervention
project using an applicate study, with duration of 17 months. Future adolescent mothers and
father between the ages of 12 and 19 reside in the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands
will participate in it. The measurements will be studied: sociodemographic, health and the
intervention itself through a pre and post questionnaire. For its evaluations, descriptive statistics
will be carried through the SPSS v20 program. Expected results. Through this educational
intervention, it is expected that, young people will improve their life habits and that they reach an
optimal development of the pregnancy and in the upbringing of the baby. And finally, that the
figure of the school nurse be enhanced.
