Un estudio de revisión de las funciones de las orientadoras y orientadores en los centros de educación secundaria.

Abstract

Este Trabajo Fin de Máster (TFM) es una investigación sistemática que tiene como finalidad conocer la orientación educativa e identificar los roles y funciones que llevan a cabo las orientadoras y los orientadores en los centros educativos en educación secundaria. Tras aplicar diferentes secuencias de búsqueda en distintas bases de datos, y teniendo en cuenta tanto los objetivos del estudio como los criterios de inclusión y exclusión, se seleccionan y analizan un total de quince artículos. Entre los resultados obtenidos, destaca la ambigüedad del término de orientación educativa, dificultando la creación de una definición y por ende delimitar de manera clara y concisa las funciones de las y los profesionales de la orientación en los centros educativos. A pesar de este hándicap, se reconoce la función de apoyo al alumnado con NEAE y de asesoramiento a la comunidad educativa como funciones que delimitan las personas autoras de los artículos seleccionados.

This End of Master's Work (TFM) is a systematic research aimed at learning about educational orientation and identifying the roles and functions that the counselors and counselors perform in secondary education centers. After applying different search sequences in different databases, and taking into account both the objectives of the study and the inclusion and exclusion criteria, a total of fifteen articles are selected and analyzed. Among the results obtained, it highlights the ambiguity of the term of educational orientation, making it difficult to create a definition and thus to clearly and concisely delimit the functions of the professionals of the orientation in the educational centers. In spite of this handicap, the role of student support with NEAE and of counselling to the educational community are recognized as functions that delimit the authorial persons of the selected articles.
