Análisis de la oferta educativa curricular de Educación Infantil en Santa Cruz de Tenerife

Abstract

La educación infantil española se divide en dos ciclos, de 0 a 3 años y de 3 a 5 años, que funcionan a través de la ley educativa que el gobierno de su comunidad autónoma selecciona, en el caso de Canarias se trabaja según lo que recoge el BOC Nº 203. Del jueves 9 de octubre de 2008. Los centros educativos de 0 a 3 años de las islas cuentan con libertad para seleccionar libremente qué contenidos, de los ofrecidos por la ley, quieren ofertar en su centro, siendo capaces de elegir la forma en la que los desarrollarán dentro del centro. Además, los centros pueden ofrecer contenidos propios, que no están en la ley. El objetivo principal de esta investigación es analizar los contenidos que ofertan los centros educativos en relación con la ley, realizando además una crítica a aquellos que sean ofrecidos por los centros y no estén en la ley.

The main objective of this investigation is to analyze the contents offered by educational centers in relation to the law, making a criticism of those that are offered by the centers and are not included the law.
