dc.description.abstract | A deeper understanding of the impact hotels' perceptions of sustainable water practices have on customers can lead to the Design of more efficient water management programs. This research arises to respond to the requirement to contrast the results obtained previously in limited specific contexts and propose a conceptual model to analyze the influence of responsible water management on hotel loyalty and recommendation. For this, a quantitative study has been carried out through a survey of people who have recently stayed in a hotel and 429 valid responses have been obtained. The results suggest that satisfaction in the first place, followed by the functional value and the "green practices" of the hotel, directly influence the loyalty and recommendation of the establishment. This study ratifies and refines what was previously observed in the literature and expands the relationships between the variables studied. | en |
