Percepción del profesorado de Educación Primaria sobre la violencia/acoso escolar

Abstract

En el presente Trabajo de Fin de Máster se presenta una investigación de tipo cuantitativa, la cual versa sobre la violencia escolar en Educación Primaria. La misma tiene como propósito analizar la percepción de las y los docentes de este nivel sobre los conflictos relacionados con la violencia/acoso escolar en el aula. Asimismo, también se pretende valorar la importancia que el profesorado de este nivel da a la resolución de la violencia/acoso escolar, además de valorar si estos tienen habilidades y destrezas para prevenir, diagnosticar y/o eliminar la violencia/acoso escolar. Por lo tanto, primeramente se exponen algunas afirmaciones de diferentes autores relacionadas con el tema a tratar para, posteriormente, una vez obtenidos los datos y la información, realizar un análisis factorial, de fiabilidad y, por último, uno descriptivo, con el cual se obtendrá una serie de conclusiones que permitirán responder a los objetivos planteados en la investigación. This “TFM” presents quantitative research, which deals with school violence in Primary Education. The purpose of this study is to analyze the perception of teachers at this level on conflicts related to violence/bullying in the classroom. Furthermore, it is also intended to assess the importance that teachers at this level give to the resolution of school violence/bullying, in addition to assessing whether they have the skills and abilities to prevent, diagnose and/or eliminate school violence/bullying. Therefore, first of all, some statements of different authors related to the subject to be dealt with are presented, and then, once the data and information have been obtained, a factor analysis, reliability analysis and finally a descriptive analysis are carried out, with which a series of conclusions will be obtained that will make it possible to respond to the objectives set out in the research.
