Diseño de instalaciones de suministro y evacuación de aguas, producción de agua caliente centralizada, climatización y cámaras frigoríficas para hotel de categoría 5 estrellas con 31 habitaciones

Abstract

En el presente proyecto se ha realizado el diseño, dimensionamiento y cálculo de las instalaciones industriales para un hotel de 31 habitaciones. Las instalaciones son el conjunto de redes y equipos fijos que permiten el suministro y operación de los servicios que ayudan a los edificios a cumplir las funciones para los que han sido diseñados. Para cada una de las instalaciones que se proyecta en el presente documento se ha determinado sus características constructivas y materiales a utilizar, todo ello justificado por los medios técnicos, con el fin su posterior ejecución y puesta en servicio. El establecimiento hotelero consta de un total de 2 plantas sobre rasante en forma de L que conforman el Edificio 01 donde se encuentran las habitaciones y el Edificio 02 donde se encuentran: la zona de servicio, la zona de cocinas y el restaurante del complejo hotelero. Las instalaciones que se diseñan en el presente documento y sus principales características se enumeran a continuación: - Instalación térmica de climatización y producción de ACS: Se ha diseñado una instalación centralizada de climatización y producción de ACS para dar servicio a todo el complejo hotelero. - Instalación de fontanería y evacuación de aguas: Se ha diseñado en el presente documento la instalación con el objeto de dar servicio de suministro de agua fría y caliente sanitaría al complejo hotelero además de su correspondiente red de retorno de agua caliente sanitaria. Además, se proyecta la red de evacuación de aguas formada por una red separativa que se conecta a la red de evacuación municipal. - Instalación frigorífica: Se proyecta una instalación frigorífica para la conservación y preparación de alimentos en la zona de cocinas del complejo hotelero.

In this project, the design, sizing and calculation of the industrial facilities for a 31-room hotel was carried out. The facilities are the set of networks and fixed equipment that allow the supply and operation of the services that help the buildings to fulfill the functions for which they have been designed. For each of the facilities planned in this document, the construction characteristics and materials to be used have been determined, all justified by the technical means, with a view to their subsequent execution and commissioning. The hotel establishment consists of a total of 2 floors above ground in the shape of an L, comprising Building 01, where the rooms are located, and Building 02, where the service area, the kitchen area and the restaurant of the hotel complex are located. The facilities designed in this document and their main characteristics are listed below: HVAC: A centralized plant system and DHW production installation has been designed to serve the entire hotel complex. Plumbing and water evacuation installation: The installation has been designed in this document in order to provide hot and cold sanitary water supply service to the hotel complex in addition to its corresponding sanitary hot water return network. In addition, the water evacuation network formed by a separative network that is connected to the municipal evacuation network is projected. Refrigeration installation: A refrigeration installation is projected for the conservation and preparation of food in the kitchen area of the hotel complex.
