Análisis de la formación de los docentes de Lengua Castellana y Literatura acerca del clima del aula.

Abstract

The objective of this academic research is to investigate the knowledge and training that Spanish Language and Literature teachers have about the classroom climate and its application in the corresponding subject. After a theoretical analysis, a quantitative questionnaire has been developed to resolve the different unknowns regarding the training of teachers on the different dimensions of the classroom climate. The results show that there is still a long way to go to have teachers fully trained in managing the social climate of the classroom.

La presente investigación académica tiene como objetivo indagar en los conocimientos y formaciones que tienen los docentes de Lengua Castellana y Literatura acerca del clima del aula y su aplicación en la asignatura correspondientes. Tras un vaciado teórico, se ha elaborado un cuestionario cuantitativo para resolver las diferentes incógnitas sobre la formación de los profesores sobre las diferentes dimensiones del clima del aula. Los resultados muestran que queda mucho camino por recorrer para tener un profesorado plenamente formado en la gestión del clima social del aula
