Abstract

The aim of this work is focused on the study of the organizational support and the relationship between workers and the different activities that each working group of Probosco centre do. In order to reach that, it has been used some different tools which measure the “mental load of work”, “health”, “gratification” and the “relationship with workers. Once these results have been analized, we realize that some different variables correlate between them in a positive and negative way, as mental load variable, health, gratification and the relationship with workers. It has also been analized meaningful differences between working groups and the analized variables.

El interés de este trabajo se basa en el estudio del apoyo organizacional y de las relaciones entre las trabajadoras del centro Probosco y las diferentes actividades que llevan a cabo los distintos grupos laborales. Para ello se han utilizado diferentes herramientas que miden la “carga mental de trabajo”, “salud” “satisfacción” y “las relaciones con las trabajadoras”. Una vez analizados los resultados, se han visto que diferentes variables correlacionan entre ellas de forma positiva y negativamente, como la variable carga mental, la salud, la satisfacción con su puesto de trabajo y las relaciones que existen entre las trabajadoras. A su vez, también se ha analizado las diferencias significativas entre los grupos laborales y las variables analizadas.
