Estudio de la respuesta fisiológica y productiva de la vid, CV. Listán Negro, a distintos tratamientos de aporte de agua mediante el riego, campaña 2017

Abstract

Se realizó un ensayo para evaluar la respuesta de la vid, cv. Listán Negro, a diferentes tratamientos de riego. La experiencia se ejecutó en los campos de la Sección de Ingeniería Agraria de la E.P.S.I., Universidad de La Laguna. Para ello, fueron suministrados cuatro tratamientos, el control (sin estrés), que corresponde al tratamiento 1 y tres con restricciones en el suministro de agua a través del riego en distintas etapas del cultivo: el tratamiento 2 (con riego entre brotación y floración); el tratamiento 3 (con riego entre floración y envero); y el tratamiento 4 (que no se regó). Los tratamientos 1, 2, 3 recibieron durante la campaña 182, 137’8 y 48 mm de agua mediante riego, respectivamente. Los parámetros evaluados fueron la respuesta fisiológica (potencial de agua en hoja y área foliar) y productiva (peso de cosecha y calidad de la misma). Después de realizar un análisis estadístico de los parámetros medidos en campo, no se observaron diferencias significativas entre tratamientos (nivel de confianza del 95%). Así mismo, tampoco se observaron diferencias significativas en la productividad del cultivo y en los parámetros relacionados con el potencial enológico de la fruta. Por tanto, podemos afirmar que en las condiciones edafoclimáticas de la parcela de ensayo de ‘Tahonilla Alta’, con una demanda evapotranspirativa moderada, un suelo profundo y una pluviometría media próxima a los 600 mm, la aportación suplementaria de agua a través del riego no parece que afecte sensiblemente al rendimiento y a la calidad de la fruta cosechada para la vinificación.

An assay was conducted to evaluate the response of the vine, cv. Listán Negro, to different irrigation treatments. The experience was carried out in the fields of the Sección de Ingeniería Agraria de la E.P.S.I., Universidad de La Laguna. For this, four treatments were tested, control (without stress), which corresponds to treatment 1 and three with restrictions on water supply through irrigation at different stages of the crop: treatment 2 (with sprouting and flowering irrigation) ; treatment 3 (with irrigation between flowering and veraison); and treatment 4 (which was not watered). The treatments 1, 2, 3 received during the campaign 182, 137'8 and 48 mm of water by irrigation, respectively. The parameters evaluated were the physiological response (water potential in the leaf and foliar area) and productive response (harvest weight and quality of the same). After performing a statistical analysis of the parameters measured in the field, no significant differences were observed between treatments (95% confidence level). Likewise, no significant differences were observed in the productivity of the crop and in the parameters related to the oenological potential of the fruit. Therefore, we can affirm that in the edaphoclimatic conditions of the 'Tahonilla Alta' trial plot, with a moderate evapotranspiration demand, a deep soil and an average rainfall close to 600 mm, the supplementary supply of water through irrigation doesn’t affect the yield and quality of the fruit harvested for winemaking.
