This research is motivated by the increasing use
of information and communication technology (ICT) within the
teaching-learning process in universities, since. In this study is
use the proposed work methodologies and instruments for their
identification and evaluation, the instrument proposed by the
Institute of Prospective Technological (IPTS) of the European
Union was applied, for the evaluation of the digital skills. The
results allowed identifying that there are major deficiencies in
the digital skills of the participants, to the extent of placing
them at the initiation level, especially with regard to the
protection of personal data and digital identity and protection
of the environment.
